THE WEDDING BOOK

Reportage photography is by its own nature the portrayal of a story through the medium of images, developing a more candid approach to increase the levels of realism and emotion.
Most couples still want some traditional pictures, but also want more candid informal photographs. This will ensure you have the best of worlds, beautiful traditional photography and special candid moments, perfectly capturing the spontaneity and emotion of the day.
Many photographs are taken without you ever knowing it, which results in no long, unwanted photo sessions and an unobtrusive service with the minimum disruption to you day. Traditional and group shots will be kept to a minimum, only taking the shots that you requested, allowing you and your guests to continue with the festivities as quickly as possible.

The Wedding Day

On the wedding day we’ll shoot plenty of images to give you a good selection of pictures for your wedding album.

Our day covering your wedding photography typically begins with arriving at the bride’s home or hotel room with informal shots of the bride, bridesmaids and family getting ready capturing all of the fun, fuss and excitement of the bride’s preparation. The grooms are especially pleased with the photographs taken at this time, as they never get to see this part of the day.

Coverage continues at the service venue where the guests will be arriving, through the wedding ceremony and signing of the register and afterwards with the requested family pictures, either in the church grounds, the reception venue or any other pre-arranged location.

The remaining time would be devoted to photography of the bridal group, giving special emphasis to the Bride and Groom finishing with a mock up of cutting the cake. Any requests for additional photographs during the day will be attended to, wherever possible, and time allowing.

Above all, we endeavour to provide you with a beautiful collection of photographs presented in one of our hand crafted albums custom made for you. We are also able to offer parents albums, identical to the main album but in a smaller size. Two mini guest albums are included in the price, which are an ideal keepsake and serve as a stylish visual reminder of your wedding day.
